Objectives:

• Participants will learn the definition of mindfulness as it relates to practical application of skills. 
• Participants will increase their understanding of how mindfulness benefits treatment in a substance use treatment setting.
• Learn neuroscience and data that supports the use of mindfulness as a self-care practice. 
• Increase awareness and capacity for treatment providers to practice mindful self-care. 
• Develop a personal Professional Vision Statement with personalized goals that align with your vision statement.
