Assessment, Interviewing, Individual Plan of Care (IPOC) is a 2-day training occurring from August 7 – August 8.
Open to Addictions Counselors, Rehabilitation Counselors, Social Workers, and Other Health Care or Treatment Providers.
Objectives:
Participants will learn the DAODAS UCR and EHR Guidelines for completing the clinical assessment & IPOC.
Participants will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the flow between and the importance of the assessment process, interpreting the assessment information into a comprehensive interpretive summary and building an individualized treatment plan based on the client’s SNAP using the DAODAS EHR system.
Participants will learn introductory information regarding ASAM and appropriate level of care treatment recommendations.
Participants will review and understand the importance of helping diagnose substance use disorders based on the criteria listed under the DSM5.
Participants will be able to differentiate between a problem statement, a goal and a measurable objective and understand how these three items are linked together when creating an IPOC.
