Columbia, SC – LRADAC, the designated substance misuse authority for Lexington and Richland Counties, has been named one of the Top Woman-Led Organizations in the US for 2022 – a national ranking that recognizes the leadership of LRADAC’s President and CEO, Gayle Aycock. In addition to this culture driver recognition, this is the second consecutive year LRADAC was named a Top Workplace in SC and was nationally recognized as a Top Workplace USA winner earlier this year.

“Building an inclusive, caring workplace culture is one of the top priorities for any leader, and I am thrilled to share this recognition with our entire workforce,” said Gayle Aycock, President and CEO of LRADAC. “This recognition is particularly gratifying because I have a long-standing commitment to creating a leadership culture that is collaborative and empowering. LRADAC is also extremely fortunate to have many dynamic women in leadership roles. I could not be more proud of this compassionate and dedicated team who always focuses on making a difference in the lives of our patients, their families, and our communities.”

The Top Workplaces recognitions and awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous poll uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, leadership and connection, to name a few.
