Walk-In Times Extended for Adult Outpatient Services

January 20, 2017

LRADAC is now offering extended walk-in hours for new adult clients.  The agency’s new Assessment Center staffs clinical counselors who conduct intake assessments at both Richland and Lexington campuses.  Jeremy Martin, Vice President of Treatment and Intervention Services, said, “Each person is unique, which is why the assessment process is so important.  The counselor essentially interviews a new client and learns who they are and how substance use impacts their life.  From there, we are able to work with the client to create a tailored plan of care that meets their needs.”

Walk-in times at both Richland and Lexington campuses are Mondays – Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Walk-in clients are encouraged to bring a photo ID, Social Security card, official printout of current medications, any referral information, and an insurance or Medicaid card if applicable.
