At LRADAC, we know recovery looks different for everyone. That’s why our programs are designed to meet each person where they are, offering hope, healing, and the support needed to rebuild a healthy, fulfilling life.

When recovery feels out of reach, the right environment can make all the difference. Our new Residential Treatment Program in Columbia, South Carolina, provides 24/7 care, structure, and community to help individuals stabilize, heal, and prepare for lasting recovery. With an average stay of 25–28 days, we offer personalized care for each resident’s needs.

What Makes Our Program Unique

At LRADAC, treatment goes beyond symptom management—it’s about rebuilding lives.
Our residents benefit from:

  • Dual-diagnosis support for substance use and mental health
  • Evidence-based therapies (CBT, MI, and trauma-informed care)
  • Holistic healing through mindfulness, yoga, and expressive arts
  • Peer support, relapse prevention coaching, and community connection
  • Comfortable, home-like accommodations and communal dining

We treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Healing with Dignity

For decades, LRADAC has helped South Carolinians find freedom from addiction through compassionate, evidence-based care. Our residential program continues that legacy, offering safety, support, and the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and safe.

Family & Aftercare

Recovery heals families, too. We encourage family involvement through therapy, education, and support groups.
