Participants will be able to:

- Identify emerging drug threats and associated risk factors, and assess their potential impact on community health, safety, and well-being.
- Recognize key indicators of changing substance use behaviors among youth and adults to support early intervention, prevention planning, and community outreach efforts.
- Explain how evolving substance use trends influence prevention strategies, public awareness messaging, and community response initiatives.
- Apply current drug trend data and evidence-based information to develop and strengthen prevention programs, partnerships, and educational efforts within organizations and communities.
About the Trainer
Ashley Bodiford
Ashley Bodiford serves as Director of Prevention at LRADAC and is a nationally recognized prevention professional with more than 20 years of experience in substance use prevention, public health, and community coalition building.
She has held leadership roles with state and national prevention organizations and provides training and technical assistance across the country. Ashley has been recognized with multiple awards for her contributions to prevention science and practice.
