The Rise Above It Lexington School District Two Community Coalition will hold a youth leadership summit on Monday October 3 and Tuesday October 4, 2016!
The theme for this year’s summit is ROAR: Rise. Organize. Advocate. Run. Students will learn about living drug-free and how to be a positive influence on their peers to do the same. Topics will include underage drinking, risky behaviors, media influence, decision making, keeping calm, and confidence.
The summit will take place at Fulmer Middle School and at Airport High School from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.
