| Job Duties |
- Performs initial nursing substance abuse examination, CIWA, medication management and SPD services on all admissions during shift and initiate appropriate treatment regimen.
- Monitor client status and reports changes when necessary.
- Provide clients with RPS, SAE, Crisis intervention, and Behavior Modification services.
- Assist physician and implement physician orders.
- Screen and refer clients for appropriate levels of care.
- Enter client services in KIS system.
- Perform pre-certifying and concurrent reviews for clients with third party payers.

| Qualifications |
- Nursing degree from an accredited college of university, and one year of related experience and/or training are required.
- State LPN licensure and CPR certificate are also required.
