Rise Above It - Lexington Two Community Coalition

Rise Above It - the Lexington Two Community Coalition was formed in 2008 to serve the Lexington Two School District area including Cayce, West Columbia, Springdale, Pine Ridge and South Congaree. The coalition’s vision states: “The vision of Rise Above It is that our youth and families will live in a community that is safe, healthy and drug free.

The mission of the coalition is to collaborate with all community sectors to develop local solutions that will improve quality of life and create safer, drug free communities. The coalition's goal is to reduce substance abuse among youth and over time among adults by addressing the factors in the community that increase the risk of substance abuse.

Membership in the Lexington Two Community Coalition is open to anyone, and the group encourages participation of many different groups in the community. For more information about the coalition, please ccontact us with the information below:
