Involuntary Commitment

LRADAC receives involuntary clients from a variety of referrals including other service providers, courts, or other counties. All involuntary clients are closely monitored by the Director of Involuntary Commitment, who is responsible for sending paperwork to county probate courts; ensuring that designated examiner reports are filed and necessary referrals are made; and following up to be sure clients attend all scheduled appointments.
