Job Duties
  • Conducts weekly IOP group, family and individual counseling, and completes all client record documentation required by agency policies and procedures for CAP/KIS.
  • Completes assessment interviews, develops and maintains individualized treatment plans of clients to include 30-day reviews to comply with CARF standards.
  • Monitors the progress of clients and provides case management services to ensure comprehensive quality of care.
  • Assists with Quality Assurance monitoring process of clinical charts, group roster numbers, and waiting lists and monitoring of client record documentation and service delivery processes to avoid entries on the 15/25 day activitiy lists.
  • Participates in CAMH team meetings as scheduled by CAMH staff to ensure quality services and coordination of client's care.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in human services field and experience perfoming the essential duteis of the position are required. 
  • IOP experience is preferred.
  • Licensure and/or certification are highly desired.

  • Complete and submit agency documentation within 48 hours.
  • Prepare and maintain uniform clinical records per agency standards.

Job Duties
  • Uses agency vehicle to provide transportation for clients and/or their parents from home/school to LRADAC group sessions and other project-related activities, and return.
  • Performs required driver safety checks and maintenance on agency vehicle.
  • Maintains driver log of mileage, trips, fuel use, etc. as required.
  • Safeguards agency credit card, makes authorized purchases, promptly turns in purchase receipts as required.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • One year of driving experience and or training is required.
  • Must have valid SC Driver's License and safe driving record.
  • Must attend the SC Defensive Driving course as soon as reasonable after hire.

Job Duties
  • Facilitate comprehensive IOP treatment services to diverse populations using curriculum-based treatment approaches.
  • Develops and maintains individualized treatment plans and conducts reviews or updates every 30 days to comply with CARF standards.
  • Manages and monitors client progress, identifies client needs, and maintains all clinical reocrds to assist with limiting activity of clients on the 15/25 day lists.
  • Provides individual, group, family and crisis intervention counseling services.
  • Provides case consultation and case management services to ensure comprehensive quality care of clients, including discharges and transfers.
  • Conducts at least two assessments per week as assigned and follow all documentation and QA guidelines.

Work Hours: Mon & Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm; Tues, Wed, & Thur 1:30pm - 9:30pm; approved flex schedule.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Service field and experience performing the essential duties of the position are required.
  • A Master's Degree in Human Service field and experience in performing the essential duties of the position are preferred.
